This page provides links to summaries of bills from the Parliament's first and second Sessions. The bill summaries are prepared by research staff of the Scottish Parliament Information Centre and provide brief information on each bill.
For Session 1 (1999-2003) bill summaries are provided only for bills which were passed by the Parliament but for Session 2 (2003-2007) bill summaries are provided for all bills introduced in the Parliament during that session.
