About Events and Exhibitions
The Scottish Parliament hosts a wide range of events and exhibitions, including those that have a direct link to the work of parliamentary committees, and those sponsored by Members. Events may be also held that mark a particular occasion in relation to the functioning of the Parliament, such as the commencement of a new Parliamentary session, or a state visit.
All events and exhibitions that take place at Holyrood have the key objective of creating opportunities for public participation and engagement and inform the work of the Parliament and its Members.
There is not a separate function suite within Holyrood, events take place in rooms and foyer areas that at other times are used for parliamentary business.
If you would like to hold an event at the Scottish Parliament please contact the Events and Exhibitions Team on 0131 348 6933 or at events.coordinator@scottish.parliament.uk
The Scottish Parliament does not currently accept requests to hold events for commercial purposes and for events that do not have the appropriate sponsorship.
The Calendar of Events looks ahead four weeks and contains information about official meetings of the parliament, Cross-Party Group and Committee meetings, educational visits, exhibitions and events.
