End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill Committee

The remit of the End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill Committee is to consider and report on the general principles of the End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill.

This Bill was introduced into the Parliament on 20 January 2010 by Margo MacDonald MSP.

The Committee was established by decision of the Parliament on Wednesday 10 February 2010.

The Parliament has agreed a deadline of Wednesday 24 November 2010 for the end of Stage 1 consideration of the Bill.
